Depending on the form or service, you may provide your name, email, phone number, property address or area, message, buying or selling plans, and timing. Required and optional fields vary. Please do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, loan-account numbers, or sensitive documents through these forms.
Inquiries can also include the referring article or offer, submission page URL, an inquiry identifier, and available landing-page, referring-site, and campaign information. The website uses browser session storage to preserve that visit information through navigation. Hosting and measurement providers also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device details, pages, and interactions.
Why information is used
Jim uses inquiry information to respond to requests, provide requested resources, and help with your real estate or home-preparation needs. He does not sell your inquiry information or use it for unrelated marketing. The service providers described below process information under their own applicable terms and privacy notices.
Website measurement helps identify useful pages and sources of inquiries, improve the site, and measure advertising results. An outbound click or guide download is tracked separately from a confirmed inquiry.
Inquiry storage and notifications
Jim is the only person who receives your inquiries. He does not forward your contact information or project details to local professionals or other individuals. The technology providers below process information to deliver and store your request.
On-site inquiry forms send information through the website's Vercel-hosted service to Airtable. Airtable also stores requests made through the linked Airtable guide forms. Email notifications containing inquiry details are sent to Jim and received through Gmail. This means copies can exist in inquiry storage and email.
The separate home-buyer and home-seller guide sites on chatgpt.site also store submissions in their own site database and forward inquiry details to Airtable, with email notifications to Jim. Providers process information to operate these services under their applicable terms and privacy notices.
Analytics and browser storage
Google Analytics 4 measures visits and interactions, including form interactions, link clicks, downloads, and confirmed on-site inquiries. It uses cookies and technical identifiers. The site's custom lead events use page paths and broad source labels, not names, email addresses, phone numbers, property addresses, or message text. Google also collects technical and interaction information through its analytics features, as explained in its linked privacy information below.
Vercel hosts the website and provides Web Analytics. Vercel describes its Web Analytics as cookie-free traffic measurement using information such as pages, referrers, and device details. Google also supplies the site's fonts.
The OpenAI advertising pixel is disabled on this website. This does not delete information previously collected by OpenAI.
You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser and use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on where supported. These controls do not delete inquiry or email records or necessarily stop every form of measurement. You can contact Jim directly instead of submitting a website form.
External services
Search Homes, home-value tools, and some contact links take you to eXp/BoldTrail. Guide requests may open Airtable or the separate chatgpt.site guide sites. Booking and social/profile links also open other services. Review the destination's notice and any communication choices before submitting information; this policy does not replace those notices.

Privacy questions, access, and deletion requests
